We hire rarely, and slowly. Eighteen people cannot absorb a bad fit, and the work here asks for someone to carry a project rather than a task — so a role stays open until the right person answers it. If one of these is yours, send the work you have taken through to completion, and say which part of it you drew yourself.
Lead residential and public projects from concept through construction, with the technical package in your own hands.
Requirements
- Seven or more years in practice, with at least two buildings taken through construction to completion
- Fluency in the local permit process and comfort presenting to authorities and clients
- Ability to produce a construction package yourself, not only to review one
- Working knowledge of Archicad or Revit, and a habit of drawing by hand early
- Written and spoken English and Ukrainian
