Beverly Hills 160 m²
A 160 m² house in Kyiv with a rock-relief wall, a ceiling of light points and dark oak
Concept
The house in the Beverly Hills cottage town spans more than one level. A corridor leads from the entrance into the kitchen-living room, where the kitchen, a round dining table, the sofa and a fireplace share one space behind tall black-framed windows. A lit staircase joins the floors, which hold a study, a bedroom with a dressing area, a children's room, an attic guest bedroom, a bathroom and a laundry.
A rough rock-relief wall, lit from above, stands behind the fireplace and again behind the bed. Ceilings carry scattered points of light, dark oak and herringbone floors warm the bedrooms, and bronze pendants and LED lines finish the rooms. The children's room is lighter, in pale oak and cream.

The design gives the house one consistent evening mood, built on rough stone, dark wood and points of light. The visualisations cover the entrance and corridor, the kitchen-living room, the study, the staircase, the bedroom with its wardrobe, the children's and guest rooms, the bathroom and the laundry.
