Brooklyn 320 m²
A 320 m² penthouse in Brooklyn in pale oak, travertine-like stone and fine linear light
Concept
The penthouse centres on one kitchen-living room behind a curved wall of floor-to-ceiling glass, where the sofa, the dining table and the island share a single band of daylight. A stone-lined hall holds a round daybed; the private side has three bedrooms, two dressing rooms, two bathrooms, a guest WC and a laundry.
The palette is sand, oak and stone. Oak veneer lines the walls, a travertine-like floor runs through the day rooms, and the island is cut from rose-veined stone. Thin linear pendants hang over the island and table, the shelving is lit from within, and bouclé and woven rugs add texture. Bedrooms take slatted oak and smoked-glass wardrobes; bathrooms pair stone basins with backlit oval mirrors.

The design carries one restrained material language from the open day space to the dressing rooms and bathrooms, with daylight and concealed lines of light doing most of the work. The visualisations cover the hall, the kitchen-living room with its dining area, three bedrooms, both dressing rooms, two bathrooms, the guest WC and the laundry.
