Comfort Town 156 m²
A 156 m² apartment in Comfort Town, Kyiv, in dark wood, black veined stone and bronze
Concept
The apartment is set on two levels. Below, the hall, living room, kitchen and dining area form one dark, quiet sequence, and a stair with lit stone treads rises from the hall. Above, under sloping ceilings and skylights, are the main bedroom with its dressing room, two children's rooms, a study and the bathrooms.
Dark wood veneer and black stone with white veining lead on the lower level: on the kitchen splashback and island, around the television and on the stair. Warm grey fronts, pale stone floors and bronze pendants soften them, and LED lines trace shelves and treads. The main bedroom sets wood and stone in vertical strips; the children's rooms turn to cream and deep blue.

The design holds the lower level in one restrained language of dark wood, black veined stone and warm light, while the rooms under the roof grow lighter for the children. The visualisations cover the hall and stair, the kitchen-living room, the main bedroom and dressing room, two children's rooms, a study, the bathrooms and the laundry.
