The visualisations show the villa's main shared space: a lounge, a dining area and a kitchen in one long room behind full-height glazing and sheer curtains. A deep U-shaped sofa and a ring of armchairs form the lounge in front of a tall media wall; the dining table stands between it and the kitchen, whose island is cut from rough blocks of stone.

A dark wood ceiling with recessed light lines runs over pale stone floors. The walls are dressed in travertine-like stone, an organic carved screen lit from behind and columns of amber-veined stone. Rust-red armchairs, cream upholstery and low dark-wood tables with stone inlays carry the colour beneath a suspended cloud of bronze and ivory discs.
