Great 97 m²
A 97 m² apartment in Kyiv in cream panelling, herringbone oak, veined stone and brass
Concept
A panelled hall with an upholstered bench niche leads to the living room, kitchen and dining area, which share one space opening onto a glazed balcony. The sofa faces a stone-clad media wall with a linear fire set into wood below it. The private side holds a master bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe, a guest bedroom, a study with a games table and a bathroom.
Herringbone oak runs through the day rooms and bedrooms under cream moulded and fluted walls. Grey-veined stone frames the television and lines the kitchen splashback. Brass appears in ring chandeliers, chair legs and lines inlaid in the master headboard wall. The bathroom pairs beige veined stone with gold-framed glass and backlit amber strips.

The design holds one warm palette of cream, oak and brass across every room and lets stone and dark wood give each space its accent. The set of visualisations covers the hall, the living room with kitchen and dining area, the balcony, both bedrooms, the walk-in wardrobe, the study and the bathroom.
