Residential
Holosiiv 180 m²
A 180 m² apartment in Kyiv in pale oak and plaster, led by grey-brown veined stone
Concept
A hall of pale plaster and oak opens the apartment, with an arch traced by an LED line, wardrobes with long metal pulls and a cluster of backlit round mirrors. The living room, kitchen and dining area share one open space, zoned by the island and by stone panels rather than walls.
Grey-brown veined stone leads the palette, on the splash-back, the island, the media wall and the wall behind the table, set against fluted wood, sage velvet chairs and glass globe pendants. Upholstered panels with thin brass strips line the bedroom wall. The children's rooms turn to blush pink with cloud-shaped lamps, and the bathroom pairs white veined stone with dark tile.

Result
The project carries one palette of pale oak, plaster, veined stone and brass through the whole apartment, with light built into ceilings, shelving and mirrors. The visualisations cover the hall, the open kitchen-living room, the main bedroom, the children's rooms, the bathroom and the laundry.
