A 245 m² house in Khodosivka around a floating oak stair, veined stone and warm wood
Concept
From a hall of tall walnut doors and a lit stone bench, the ground floor opens onto the staircase: oak treads float along pale wood panels above a planted bed. The living room, the dining table and the kitchen island share one long space beside it. Upstairs, a corridor in dark glass and rough stone leads to the master suite, a study and the children's room.
Pale oak, walnut, stone-look floors and linen tones set the palette; a grey-veined stone island and terracotta armchairs carry the contrast. Light is drawn in lines: oval rings over the sofa, LED strips under the treads, slots in the ceilings.

Result
The project resolves both floors in one language of oak, veined stone and linear light, with the staircase as the hinge between the day rooms and the private ones. The visualisations cover the hall, living room, kitchen and dining, the master suite, the study in several lighting versions, two versions of the children's room and the bathrooms.
