Konovaltsia 166 m²
A 166 m² apartment in Kyiv in pale moulded panelling, veined stone and brass
Concept
The apartment centres on an open kitchen-living room. The island, the dining table and a modular sofa share one long space, lit from tall windows behind sheer curtains, with a crystal chandelier marking each zone. The private rooms keep the same quiet base: a main bedroom, two children's rooms, a walk-in wardrobe, a utility room and the bathrooms.
Walls carry classic mouldings in a single greige tone, over a light herringbone floor and white veined stone in the hall and bathrooms. Brass and bronze trim the bar stools, display niches, wardrobe doors and taps. Shelves are backlit; LED coves edge the ceilings. Colour is kept for the children's rooms: fluted navy panels in one, soft pink joinery in the other.

The design gives the apartment one restrained base of moulded walls, pale stone and light wood, and lets lighting and colour set each room apart. The set of visualisations covers the hall and corridor, the kitchen-living room, the main bedroom, both children's rooms, the wardrobe, the utility room and the bathrooms.
