Legnica 200 m²
A 200 m² house in Legnica with a dark fireplace wall, timber slats and garden glazing
Concept
The day zone is one long space: living room, dining area and kitchen run along floor-to-ceiling windows to the garden. A dark wall with an open fireplace and a log niche anchors the seating, and vertical timber slats screen the kitchen island from the table. A hall with a lit staircase, three bedrooms and two bathrooms complete the house.
Light herringbone oak, greige walls and linen curtains keep the day zone pale; the private rooms turn darker, with stained wood, dark stone and grey textiles. The main bedroom sets white-veined dark stone behind the bed against a glass wardrobe in black frames. Light is built in: LED coves, lit shelves and niches, slim pendants over island and table.

The design holds a pale day zone and darker private rooms in one vocabulary of oak, dark stone and timber, with light built into the architecture. The visualisations cover the hall and staircase, the living and dining space, the kitchen, all three bedrooms and both bathrooms.
