Concept
The apartment is planned around one open room: kitchen, island and dining table on one side, the living area on the other, and between them a black metal shelving partition holding the television above a linear fireplace. A corridor of full-height cabinetry leads from the entrance to the bedroom, the study and two bathrooms. Tall windows with sheer curtains light the open room.
The palette stays within warm grey and beige. Light oak floors the living area and bedroom, pale stone-look tiles cover the hall and kitchen, and the bathrooms are lined in white stone with grey veining. Glass-fronted cabinets with lit shelves recur in the hall and kitchen. LED lines outline ceilings, niches and mirrors.

Result
The design carries one restrained palette and one way of handling light through every room, so the hall, the open living space and the private rooms read as a single interior. The visualisations cover the hall, the kitchen-living room, the bedroom, the study and two bathrooms.
