Lypky 133 m²
A 133 m² apartment in Kyiv in dark wood, rock-textured stone and lines of warm light
Concept
The entrance opens beside a glazed planter and a column of rough stone. Living room, dining area and kitchen share one long space by the windows: a low sectional sofa faces a wall of dark rock-textured stone, the dining table sits under linear pendants, and a white veined-stone island closes the kitchen. A bedroom, a walk-in wardrobe, a study and two bathrooms complete the plan.
Dark wood panelling, grey-brown floor planks and taupe walls set a muted palette, lit by recessed ceiling lines and daylight through blinds. The bedroom adds lattice screens and glass cylinder pendants; the wardrobe is black metal and smoked glass. The master bathroom turns to brown onyx-like stone, a freestanding tub and copper-toned taps.

The design holds one dark, warm palette across the apartment and lets stone carry the stronger moments, from the rock wall of the living room to the onyx-like master bathroom. The set of visualisations covers the entrance, the living room, kitchen and dining area, the bedroom, the wardrobe, the study and both bathrooms.
