Lypky 200 m²
A 200 m² apartment in Kyiv in cream, walnut and stone with golden-brown veining
Concept
The apartment runs from the hall into one kitchen-living room, where the sofa, the dining table and a stone island line up along tall windows; above the sofa, the ceiling carries fine points of light. A curved corridor leads to the private side: the main bedroom with its dressing room and bathroom, two children's rooms, two more bathrooms, wardrobes and a laundry.
The palette is cream, walnut and stone; stone with golden-brown veining clads the island, the hall panel and the television wall. Walnut-framed glass cabinets glow from within, and LED lines trace ceilings and plinths. The main bathroom pairs veined stone with a freestanding bath and oval mirrors; the boy's room turns dark, the girl's room pale pink.
