Nordica 58 m²
A 58 m² apartment in Kyiv's Nordica complex in dark wood, fluted panels and warm stone
Concept
The plan joins kitchen, dining and living in one room: a kitchen run along the back wall, a pedestal dining table under a looped pendant, and a low sofa facing a lit television wall. The hall, with a mirror, console and pouf, leads in from the front door. The bedroom opens through a black-framed glass partition into a walk-in wardrobe.
Dark wood panelling meets fluted cream fronts, a stone splashback with soft travertine-like banding and a herringbone floor. Wall panels carry fine mouldings with scrolled corners, and concealed light runs behind fluted strips and mirrors. Grey veined stone marks the bedroom wall; the bathroom pairs brown-veined stone with dark wood and copper-toned fittings.

The design treats a compact apartment with one warm, layered palette, so that the hall, the kitchen-living room and the bedroom read as a single interior. The visualisations cover the hall, the kitchen, dining and living area, the bedroom with its walk-in wardrobe, and the bathroom.
