Penthouse 280 m²
A 280 m² penthouse in Europe with trees in planters at the centre of the living room
Concept
A hall and a long corridor open into one kitchen-living room along tall windows. Trees in planters zone the sofas, lounge chairs and dining table without partitions; a glass display cabinet marks the kitchen. The private side holds the master bedroom with a freestanding bath by the window, a dressing room, a study, a guest bedroom and a children's room with a play corner.
Grey-washed wood laid in chevron, cream mouldings and white stone with gold veining set a quiet base. Leaf shadows play across the living-room ceiling; LED lines follow its coffers. Bronze glass and dark wood return in the kitchen, the dressing room and the master bedroom; brown veined stone wraps the master bathroom.

The design keeps the penthouse in one restrained palette of pale wood, cream plaster and veined stone, and lets the trees and the leaf-shadow ceiling lead the day zone. The visualisations cover the hall, the corridor, the kitchen-living room, the balcony, the master suite, the study, the guest and children's rooms with their bathrooms, and the laundry.
