Private House 270 m²
A 270 m² house in pale oak, gold-veined white stone and soft lines of light
Concept
The hall is built from tall wood-clad volumes that hide storage and doors, with a mirror niche and a stone bench. A stair of stone treads, lit from beneath and edged in glass, rises from it. The living room and dining area share a double-height space with full-height windows; the kitchen sits under a lower ceiling at one end, its island facing the table. Upstairs, the main bedroom has its own dressing room and bathroom.
Pale oak, travertine-like stone and fluted panels set a warm base. White stone with gold-brown veining marks the fireplace wall, the kitchen island, the stair treads, the hall bench and console. Bronze wall lights, black track lights and concealed LED lines carry the lighting.

The design holds the whole house to one palette of pale wood, light stone and gold-veined white stone, and gives each room one strong feature, such as a sculpted plaster wall behind a bed. The visualisations cover the hall and staircase, the double-height living and dining room, the kitchen and pantry, five bedrooms, dressing rooms, bathrooms and the laundry.
