Residential
Warsaw 83 m²
An 83 m² house in Warsaw, centred on a stone and smoked glass staircase over a planted base
Concept
The ground floor is one open room: entrance hall, living area, dining table and L-shaped kitchen, lit by tall curtained windows. The staircase leads. Its veined stone treads and smoked glass balustrade rise from a lit planter with small trees. Upstairs, a landing with a bronze sculpture opens to the main bedroom and two children's rooms.
The palette is cream, taupe and brown, over stone-look floors downstairs and oak herringbone above. Grey veined stone lines the kitchen splashback, fluted panels recur from hall to children's rooms, and a textured relief wall rises behind the upholstered bed in the main bedroom. Black track lines and LED contours draw the ceilings; the bathrooms are in beige veined stone with black fittings.

The design carries one restrained palette through both floors, with the staircase as the hinge between the day rooms and the bedrooms. The visualisations cover the entrance hall, the living, dining and kitchen area, the staircase and landing, the main bedroom, two children's rooms, a bathroom and a shower room.
