Al Wasl 750 m²
A 750 m² villa in Dubai in pale stone and timber slats, its edges drawn in warm light
Concept
The renders follow the villa from the street to the garden, at night and by day. Three storeys step back under thin, deep overhangs, and a tall framed portal marks the entrance. A paved side passage leads to the garden, where a lounge with a fire bowl, a dark-rimmed pool and a timber pergola over a plunge pool sit among lawns and clipped shrubs.
Travertine-like stone clads the walls, set against vertical timber slats and bronze-toned frames. Glass balustrades edge the upper terraces, and full-height windows sit behind sheer curtains. LED lines trace every slab edge, holding the outline at night. Across the pool, a dark stone wall with slot fountains and bronze bird figures closes the view.

The design gives the villa one material language from facade to garden: pale stone, warm timber and linear light, with water at the centre of the outdoor spaces. The visualisations show the front and rear facades, the side passage, the garden lounge, the pool and the pergola, at night and by day.
