A 750 m² house in Kozyn in rough concrete, dark timber and black stone, around a lit pool
Concept
The renders show the house and its grounds at dusk. Two storeys of glazing sit under deep concrete slabs, and the ground floor opens onto a covered terrace with a lounge and a kitchen island. A long pool runs beside the house, with a raised hot tub at one end and a sunken fire-pit lounge beside it. Pines rise behind a slatted timber fence.
Rough-textured concrete edges the slabs, their undersides lined with warm timber and continuous LED lines. Tall dark timber fins frame the entrance and corners. Beside the pool, a wall of black veined stone carries a large circular relief. Pale paving is cut by lines of light, and low uplights pick out the planting.

Result
The design ties the house to its grounds through one evening palette of concrete, dark timber and warm linear light, with water and fire as the focal points. The visualisations cover the facades, the entrance, the covered terrace, the pool with its hot tub and loungers, and the sunken fire-pit lounge.
