In the court, a dark-rimmed pool with a timber sun deck lies beside a sunken lounge built around a square fire bowl, with planting between them.

Full-height dark glazing sits behind the white bands, which carry recessed LED lines along their edges, and tall timber fins stand between the windows. Pale stone paving covers the court. Upholstered loungers rest on the deck under canvas umbrellas, grey cushions line the sunken seating, and small trees, palms and grasses soften the edges of the water.
