Great 186 m²
A two-level 186 m² apartment in the Great complex, Kyiv, in walnut, veined stone and bronze
Concept
The lower level is one long day space: a kitchen with a stone-clad island and a row of bar stools, a dining table under a cluster of glass leaves, and a living room around a TV wall of pale veined stone. A stair of cantilevered stone treads rises beside a planted bed, lit from below. A study and a wardrobe stay on this floor; upstairs are the master suite, two children's rooms with their bathroom and a laundry.
Walnut panels, warm greige walls and large stone-look floor tiles set the palette, with cognac armchairs and a dark bronze sculpture as accents. Light runs in slots along the ceilings and under the treads; tall windows with black blinds frame the city.

The project carries one material language of walnut, veined stone and linear light across both levels, joined by the lit stone stair. The visualisations cover the kitchen, dining and living room, the staircase, a study, the master bedroom with its wardrobe and bathroom, two children's rooms, the bathrooms and the laundry.
