Hannover 289 m²
A 289 m² house in Hannover in greige, brown veined stone and lit glass wardrobes
Concept
The house spans three levels. On the ground floor a lit corridor leads into one open living, dining and kitchen space, anchored by a stone wall with a fireplace. A stone staircase with a glass balustrade links the floors. The private rooms include a master suite, a guest room, a child's bedroom, a nursery and a playroom with a loft and a slide.
Greige and warm white meet brown veined stone on the fireplace wall, the kitchen island and the stair treads, with graphite kitchen fronts and slim ring pendants for contrast. The private rooms bring upholstered wall panels, oak herringbone and black-framed glass wardrobes lit from within; the master bathroom pairs grey veined stone with a glazed sauna.

The design carries one restrained palette of greige, veined stone and dark glass through all three levels and lets only the children's rooms take on colour. The set of visualisations covers the entrance and corridor, the open living, kitchen and dining space, the staircase, the bedrooms and playroom, wardrobes, bathrooms with a sauna, a laundry and a gym.
