Larnaca 102 m²
A 102 m² apartment in Larnaca in warm white, veined stone and black-framed glass
Concept
The entrance opens into one long living space: a sofa and a low fireplace by the windows, a stone dining table in the middle and the kitchen with its island beyond. The master bedroom keeps its wardrobe behind a black-framed glass wall, and the children's room sets the bed into an arched alcove with a desk and shelving opposite.
Warm white, sand and pale oak set the palette. Veined white stone tops the island and the dining table, a textured relief hangs above the sofa, and black track lights draw lines across the ceilings. In the children's room a branch mural and blush upholstery add colour; the bathrooms use pale stone, a freestanding bath and a round backlit mirror.

The design gives a compact plan one continuous light palette, so the living space, the bedrooms and the bathrooms read as parts of one whole. The set of visualisations covers the entrance hall, the living, dining and kitchen space, the master bedroom with its glass wardrobe, the children's room, a bathroom and a guest WC with laundry.
