Hannover 300 m²
A 300 m² house in Hannover in cream plaster, veined stone, sculpted reliefs and bronze
Concept
The ground floor runs as one open sequence: a hall with sculpted plaster reliefs leads to the living room, where a stone-clad fireplace with a log store sits between the sofas and the dining table, and the kitchen closes the axis. Bedrooms, dressing rooms, a pantry, a laundry, a pet room and a games room follow; the lower level adds a lounge, a bedroom and a wine room.
Cream walls, flat joinery, a dark polished floor and bronze strips set the base. One brown-veined stone covers the fireplace, the kitchen wall and the island; a wave-carved panel and a rough stone wall behind the bed add relief. Black track spots, LED lines and marbled glass globes give the light.

The design carries one warm palette through a 300 m² house, from the hall reliefs to the lower-level wine room; only the games room changes key, with a dark rock wall and violet light. The set of visualisations covers the hall, the living, dining and kitchen space, bedrooms, dressing rooms, bathrooms and the service rooms.
