Koncha-Zaspa 1800 m²
A 1800 m² house in Kyiv with a double-height hall in veined stone, bronze and glass light
Concept
The first renders of this house, still in development, show its double-height hall. A long volume with an upper gallery rises past tall arched windows to a cascade of glass pendants. A bronze figure and a sculpted tree in a green stone planter stand at its centre, a console marks the axis, and a sitting area with a deep sofa opens off one side.
The floor is brown-veined stone in large slabs with fine inlaid lines. Walls pair dark wood panels with pale moulded panelling, and slim bronze wall lights glow vertically. Large textured canvases in grey and green hang over the sofa and along the hall, picking up the green stone of the planter and the console legs.

The design sets the character of the house in its main space: a tall, layered hall where stone, wood, sculpture and suspended glass light work together. The visualisations cover the hall from several points and its sitting area; the other rooms are still being designed.
