Kozyn 225 m²
A 225 m² house in Kozyn near Kyiv in white veined stone, cream mouldings and warm oak
Concept
The ground floor is one open space. Tall oak columns frame the hall and a stair with lit treads; beyond, the living area, the dining table and a kitchen with a round fluted island share a floor of white veined stone. Three bedrooms, a children's room, two dressing rooms, two bathrooms and a glazed terrace complete the house.
Classic mouldings, white stone and cream upholstery set the tone; black ceiling tracks draw thin frames overhead, and brass picks out chair legs, taps and wall lights. Oak warms the bedrooms, the dressing rooms are lined with bronze-glass cabinets lit from inside, and the bathrooms pair warm stone with wood vanities. The children's room turns to grey and deep blue.

The design keeps the house in a light, classical shell and changes the mood from room to room, from the bright stone-floored living spaces to the darker dressing rooms in bronze glass. The visualisations cover the hall, staircase, living and dining areas, kitchen, upstairs corridor, three bedrooms, children's room, dressing rooms, two bathrooms and the terrace.
