Munich 110 m²
A two-level 110 m² home in Munich in cream and pale wood, open to the ridge of the roof
Concept
The living room rises to the full height of the gable, with tall windows at its end. An open stair of floating treads leads to a gallery above the kitchen, overlooking the room. The dining table stands between the kitchen and the sofa. Upstairs, the main bedroom, its dressing room and bathroom fit under the roof slopes, which set the ceiling lines.
Cream walls, pale wood and travertine-like stone around a corner fireplace keep the palette soft. LED lines follow the slopes and ceiling edges. A mobile of bronze-toned leaves hangs in the double-height void, a brass ribbon pendant over the table, a crystal chandelier in the bedroom. The bathrooms use cream veined stone with brass fittings.

The design treats a compact two-level home as one volume open from the floor to the ridge, and keeps every room in the same cream, pale wood and warm light. The visualisations cover the entrance, the double-height living room, the kitchen and dining area, the gallery, the main bedroom with its dressing room, a children's room and two bathrooms.
