A 215 m² house in Limassol around a double-height living room in travertine-like stone
Concept
The kitchen island, the dining table and the sitting area share one ground-floor space that rises to double height. A stone column with a fireplace open on three sides stands between sofa and table. A stair with lit treads climbs to a gallery above the living room. The private rooms are the main bedroom with a dressing room, a guest bedroom and a children's room with a sleeping loft.
Travertine-like stone in long bands clads the walls and the island, and pale wood lines the ceilings. Bouclé seating, brass table bases and glass-rod chandeliers keep to cream and sand. Concealed LED lines trace the ceilings and the joinery; a backlit pillar of rough stone stands in the hall.

Result
The design keeps both floors in one material language of travertine-like stone, pale wood and concealed light, and ties them together through the double-height living room. The visualisations cover the hall, the kitchen, dining and living room, the study, the staircase and gallery, three bedrooms, a dressing room and three bathrooms.
