The apartment is organised around an open kitchen, dining and living room, where a black-framed arched glass screen divides the space without closing it and daylight reaches its full depth. A corridor lined with lit glass cabinets leads to the private rooms: a main bedroom with a glazed dressing room, three children's rooms and three bathrooms.

Walnut-toned herringbone floors and dark wood joinery sit against cream walls and white cabinetry. Stone with red-brown veining covers the island, the splashback and the television wall, and burgundy returns in cushions, a hall bench and bed throws. Brass ring chandeliers and linear LED lines set the light. The children's rooms shift to light oak, pink and pale blue.

Result

The design resolves all 180 m² in one warm material language, from the hall to the laundry, while giving each children's room its own palette and furniture. The visualisations cover the open living area, kitchen and dining, the main bedroom and dressing room, three children's rooms, three bathrooms and the utility zone.
