Lypky 90 m²
A 90 m² apartment in Kyiv in greige tones, with lit glass shelving between living and kitchen
Concept
Living room, dining area and kitchen share one open space along a wall of windows with sheer curtains. A floor-to-ceiling shelving unit in smoked glass and dark frames, lit from within, screens the kitchen from the sofa while keeping the view through. The bedroom sets its desk behind a black-framed glass partition.
Greige and taupe lead, with handleless fronts, light wood-look floors and grey veined stone on the kitchen splashback. Dark glass and black frames return in the shelving, the bedroom partition and the wardrobe doors. A linear fireplace runs under the television. LED lines fill shelves, niches and ceiling coves; a backlit stone strip stands beside the bed, and a world map glows on the children's room wall.

The design holds the whole apartment to one restrained greige palette and lets glass and light do the work of dividing it. The visualisations cover the hall, the open living, dining and kitchen area, the bedroom with its desk, a children's room, a walk-in wardrobe, the bathroom and a laundry room.
