Lypky 55 m²
A 55 m² apartment in Kyiv in white stone with dark veining, smoked glass and light oak
Concept
The plan places kitchen, dining and living in one room, with a round table between the kitchen run and the sofa, and keeps the bedroom separate. There the television wall becomes a backlit panel of veined stone, the headboard wall is inlaid with angled brass-toned lines, and smoked glass wardrobes with lit shelves fill a third wall.
White stone with dark, almost violet veining leads, repeated on the kitchen splashback and both television walls. It sits against warm textured walls with fine mouldings, light oak herringbone, fluted white fronts and dark glass cabinets. Crystal ring chandeliers hang over the dining table and in the bathroom, which is lined in brown wave-patterned stone. Concealed LED contours outline panels and ceilings.

The design treats the compact apartment with one consistent set of materials, so the kitchen-living room and the bedroom read as parts of a single interior. The visualisations cover the hall, the kitchen-living room, the bedroom, a wardrobe with laundry and a bathroom in brown veined stone.
