Warsaw 105 m²
A 105 m² apartment in Warsaw in sand tones, veined stone and lines of concealed light
Concept
A compact entrance opens into the living room, where a freestanding partition holds the television and a linear fire and screens the hall without closing it. The kitchen with its stone island and the staircase share this open space. A bedroom, a study with a lit bookcase and a walk-in wardrobe follow, lit by concealed coves and black track lines.
The palette stays within sand, taupe and warm grey. Pale stone floors run through the day rooms, the kitchen island is clad in stone with brown veining, and light oak herringbone takes over in the bedroom and study. Smoked glass fronts the cabinets and wardrobe. The bathrooms turn darker, with amber-veined stone, slatted wood and a black marble basin.

The design carries one restrained material language from the entrance to the bathrooms, so that every room reads as part of the same sequence. The set of visualisations covers the hall, the living room and kitchen, the staircase, the bedroom, the study, the walk-in wardrobe and two bathrooms.
