Private House 420 m²
A 420 m² house in Europe planned around double-height rooms in pale veined stone and bronze
Concept
The hall, the kitchen-living room and the terrace rise to double height. Sofas, a long dining table and an island kitchen share one space under tall glazing; the terrace adds a grill and a second table. A cantilevered stone stair links the floors. The private side holds the master suite, a study, two children's rooms and a sauna area.
White veined stone runs through the hall and the living room; black stone with gold veining clads the kitchen. On the terrace, travertine-like stone and warm wood meet bronze discs lit from behind. Each private room has its own palette, from dark wood in the study to blush pink in a children's room. LED lines trace walls, ceilings and treads.

The design gives each part of the house its own character, while pale veined stone, wood and concealed light carry through the shared rooms. The visualisations cover the hall, the kitchen-living room, the terrace, the staircase, the master suite, the study, two children's rooms with their bathrooms, a dressing room by the entrance and the sauna area.
